Relaxing deer run through winter landscape to collect scattered christmas tree balls. Oh, winter brings some challenges!.. Fast paced and challenging runner in knitted-retro style.
The gameplay is all right, nothing too exciting if I have to be honest.
I think you should introduce some kind of twist except the pace.
I can’t think of anything right now, actually.
But, and I want to highlight this, the graphics are AMAZING!
I love the knitted-retro-style. It looks beautiful and it fits perfectly with the christmas theme and the retro-gaming theme.
Very good job.
An advice, instead of showing permanently the UP and DOWN buttons (touch screen only I suppose) you should show them at every start game until the player doesn’t press it two or three times and then hide them for the rest of the game and catch taps on left part of the screen as UP and the taps on the right side of the screen as DOWN.
This is not very important but I think it should improve the look of your game.
PS: be patient, these forum rules are made to get people involved instead of treating the community as a advertising board only.
Gameplay is too generic, we’re already know that and are trying to extend and improve it. I don’t know at the moment will gameplay be extended in current game or this will be a sequel. No big matter, though. We’re full of ideas, just need to implement.
Your advice regarding buttons seems great: I’ll give it a try today.
And what about my aggravation: these rules seems too restrictive (OK, it’s my own point of view), but what is worse: I’m getting these restrictions after I carefully gathered all links in one post. “Now get lost!” says forum to me. “All right, but due to restrictions your post will be premoderated” or something like this would be way friendlier. In addition I’m not the new user, I was registered before global site update. So, from both of us it is forum here the new one.
I’ll update post and add all links as soon as I will be able to do so.
UPD: Fixed links/images in original post. Still disappointed with forum rules though. They’re just frustrating and unfair.
