On Windows processes don't quit

Maybe I never noticed this before but I don’t think it happened.

After using HaxeDevelop for a bit was noticing some slow down so went to check the processes running.
It’s miles of this:

It is like the process doesn’t get killed when I exit the .swf under windows 10.
Haven’t checked if it is doing the same under linux with ps command.
Anyone notice this, is it normal ?

Does it do this if you use the command-prompt instead of HaxeDevelop to build and run?

Nope. Nothing showing on sysinternals at least. Process tree goes away after exiting execution.
