I have a question regarding ENTER_FRAME events.
If I have a parent Sprite containing two child sprites that all listen to ENTER_FRAME events. Would the ENTER_FRAME event ALWAYS be dispatched to the parent before the childs or would this be random?
I believe so, but I would be interested if Flash follows this pattern or not
