Is apache open source flex code cover all flash classes code?

I am interested in learning how Flash implement the BevelFilter code that is not in OpenFl yet, but couldn’t find the corresponding code in the apache flex sdk github repo…

The classes in the flash package are not included with Apache Flex. The implementations are native code that is compiled into Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR, and they are not open source.
