if yes, its impossible, because the new update of visual studio community 2022 turned it the unique visual studio community, so what i do?

No, You need to install 2019. Just remove all visual studio versions from your PC. And use link upper.
ITS DOWNLOADING VISUAL STUDIO 2022 THATS WHAT I WANTED TO SAY, and i yes i have it but its not working, now i updated it (it didnt showed it needed to update bc the installer was broken)
