Compile blank project cpp target failed

I tried to compile a project using cpp target (neko/windows) fail without an error.

here’s my attempts:
build from existing project - failed
build from sample project - failed
build from blank project - failed

it was working before on my PC but it’s not working on my laptop

here’s my libs version
openfl 2.1.8
openfl natives 1.4.0

There was an error in the Windows build of Lime 2.0.2, a patched build was released about 12 hours ago. If you think you downloaded the bad build, try, “haxelib remove lime 2.0.2 && haxelib install lime”
