Non-standard characters are not appearing

This was working previously when I was using Haxe 3.x, lime 7.0.0, openfl 8.4.1 and flixel 4.5.1, but it seems that since updating everything, special characters such as letters with accents don’t appear, and some characters that come after a special character in a string also don’t appear.

I’ve tried with a simple template project on HashLink, Windows and Android targets. The specific characters that don’t appear in HashLink are different compared to the other targets.

Haxe 4 includes changes for unicode support which we will need to fully evaluate to make sure all levels of the library are properly working properly
