Accessing Nested Clips / Textfields inside swflite

Very impressed with the swflite performance on html5 - the animation works a treat.

I’m wondering - if haxe can read display objects names and textfield names inside the swf clip – can I also alter them dynamically ?

I’ve tried and failed - but this could be because I might need to cast things properly. I do love linking up me old flash trailer to the haxe megatruck :slight_smile:

any help would be three thumbs up x

SWFLite does the SWF conversion at compile-time, but once you run, you should be able to change the name property of display objects yourself, I guess it depends on whether they animate? Can you edit in Adobe Animate, or are there other things you need to do?

I really think SWF support is awesome :wink:
